VLADIVOSTOK, Russia: Russia and China will work together to counter destabilisation in Central Asia, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Wednesday after meeting his Chinese counterpart Li Zhaoxing in Russia's Pacific port city of Vladivostok.
